STEPS for the Future is currently involved in three community building initiatives. Community readiness for Reconciliation; Youth Community Summits; and Turquoise Table.

Communities are as individual as the people that live there and the tools to empower residents to tackle those challenges must be equally as unique. We conduct asset mapping by talking with leaders of the communities as well as people that live there.  We provide town hall settings or one on one interviews as we realize some situations are sensitive.

We have the skills in:
Aboriginal Public Administration;
Policy Analysis;
Environmental Scans;
Asset mapping and development.

Organizations have needs that differ from communities. They range from policies that govern an organization to issues with stakeholder relationships.  We have the resources and knowledge to to facilitate sustainable solutions.
