Communities are as individual as the people that live there and the tools to empower residents to tackle those challenges must be equally as unique. We conduct asset mapping by talking with leaders of the communities as well as people that live there. We provide town hall settings or one on one interviews as we realize some situations are sensitive.
Organizations have needs that differ from communities. They range from policies that govern an organization to issues with stakeholder relationships. STEPS to the Future recognizes that there is not a one size fits all and we have the resources and knowledge to create solutions.
S - social circumstances which are unique to each community and
organization guide approaches.
T - tools and technology to achieve goals.
E - environment is there extenuating circumstances that will effect the
outcome of the strategic planning.
P - policies and or politics that must be considered in developing
S - space for the plan to facilitate the strategic plan and what
space is there for conversations.
